Room was ok. Bathroom area and privacy were not great. Very small space. The glass door provided no privacy while using the bathroom. This could have been designed better. Staff were lovely. Pillows were very small, more like cushions.

Friendly staff. Location was good. Only a 20 minute walk into Zurich Centre. There was also 2 tram stops nearby. The room had everything we needed. The shower was a bit rubbish and flooded easily.
