Mosleh (?) at reception was very nice to let me check in earlier unlike his female coworker. The room I was assigned was a long walk from the elevator and didn’t have a good view. The breakfast was the same fare everyday. The gym was small and had very limited machines and equipment but the sauna was nice.

Room was amazing, spotless and very comfy with the duvee. The TV was watching me, I feel asleep so fast! Went to restaurant downstairs and they prepared a tray for me to take it to my room and could leave it there when I was done. Very appreciative!! Great place to stay by airport, very quiet and shuttle service to airport was right on Swiss time!

Worst first trip to Switzerland just because if the hotel I decided to stay for 5days.coming from someone who live in south beach and work in the hotel industry,from Melia to Starwood,Hilton ect I was very disappointed.there were no smiles just “Hello” from the staff.they were very very prejudice it was like speaking English was a problem not including the fact that I’m an African American man.i know this for a fact because i observe how they interact with other non English non African American people there.it was the same treatment at the super market “Migros”across the street as well.Honestly I’m disgusted by this ignorance.i spent a lot of money flying and booking a hotel just to get treated as if I was trespassing.the breakfast attendant males were very rude one even reached over my food to get himself a bowl of cereal .talk about unprofessionalism.imagine eating the same 3 or 4 things on the menu for breakfast and dinner for a few days.i would not be staying here ever again .i don’t advised it to anyone traveling to Switzerland. The morning i checked its unfortunate that’s when I met the only professional ,welcoming front desk “Jens” .he was helpful giving directions to the airport ,checking in /departure ect and friendly.i will also write a letter to “H world International” about this interaction.

Hallway carpet had stains all over. The blanket on the bed was not big enough to fit a couple. It wasn’t even the width of the bed. The WiFi was not provided in room or on the key card envelope and you had to physically go to the lobby to ask for the password. My husband and I went to the bar and was ignored on multiple occasions to have drinks refilled. I would not recommended staying here unless you want a bad experience.

The cost was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable, and the proximity to the airport made it a great choice. We were able to book their shuttle for a 4:35 AM ride to the airport on our way out of Switzerland. The restaurant menu was pretty limited. Otherwise it was a good stay.
