Resort was “recently renovated” but the rooms still felt very old. The furniture in our rooms looked old and the lighting was very dim compared to modern hotels. The balconies have significant cosmetic issues and the chairs are very uncomfortable. The property is beautiful but it isn’t a place I could easily recommend.

I loved that this resort is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff is very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. It is currently being updated and we were not bothered by the noise.

Out stay here was the perfect birthday vacation. It's conveniently located close to town. The views are unmatched. The location of the luau was right on the property. We will definitely bw making this an annual trip and staying here.

Parking is paid. Rooms are old and need renovation. Carpets were somewhat sticky, the shower heads were old and rusty. They are centrally located and have good views and they charge for that. But after paying high costs for the room, I'd expect rooms to be better and parking to be free.

1st time visit to Hawaii
Stayed in the lagoon tower to save money.It was under renovation. It definitely needs an update , however it was very clean and reasonable.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Limited parking fees once you arrive. Super small drinks and much much more. Small rooms noisy construction and neighbors.!
