Cheap Hotels in Lower Garden District

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty mixed experience overall. The biggest downside was the condition of the room. It felt outdated, and there were visible stains on the carpet. One of the beds even had a stained sheet, and when I requested a replacement, I was given a clean sheet but had to change it myself, which was unexpected for a hotel of this level. We did pay for a room upgrade, and I will say that was worth it in terms of location and view. The room had large windows with a great street view, which was one of the best parts of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard—edible, but nothing particularly enjoyable or memorable. It’s what you’d expect from a basic hotel breakfast. We didn’t use the valet service since we didn’t have a car, but it did seem quite expensive. On the positive side, the pool and outdoor courtyard area were probably the nicest features of the hotel—very well maintained and a great place to relax. One issue we ran into was with room service/housekeeping. It didn’t come daily, and even after calling the front desk to request it, it still didn’t happen, which was frustrating. I do want to highlight the staff. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, which made a noticeable difference in our experience. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects—especially the view, outdoor areas, and staff the hotel could really benefit from updates and more consistent housekeeping service

Yes both places were on point, and the fire alarm was unexpected but things were handle wonderful

I prefer that their be more meat choices other than just pork.
