With two living rooms and four bedrooms, the house is particularly suitable for two families travelling together. It offers enough space for up to eight guests while still allowing each family to enjoy a comfortable degree of privacy.
Behind the house, the sunny garden provides a pleasant place to spend time outdoors. Children can enjoy the inflatable paddling pool, while a 150-year-old tree creates a naturally shaded spot for relaxing on warmer days.
Daily conveniences are also close at hand, with shops for groceries and other essentials located approximately 500 metres from the property. The nearby German border, only about 10 km away, also makes it easy to explore destinations on both sides.

The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed.Ground-floor bathroom: A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located next to the bedrooms.Living room: Upstairs, you will find an inviting living room offering a comfortable space to relax together.Upstairs bedrooms: The large upstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Nature, outdoor activities and cultural highlights in the heart of Bohemia
The surrounding region offers an attractive combination of wooded mountains, open meadows, lakes and picturesque towns, making it an excellent destination for both active holidays and relaxed days in nature. Summers can be pleasantly warm, while the varied landscape provides plenty of opportunities to explore the outdoors.
Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers can discover the area via an extensive network of marked trails through forests and countryside. Swimming is also a popular option, with a recreational lake approximately 10 km away offering space for swimming, games and relaxing on the grass. Further afield, additional swimming facilities include a water park and a natural swimming pool with a slide, lawns and various water-based activities.
The region also offers plenty of variety for sports enthusiasts. Depending on the location and season, activities include windsurfing, horse riding and tennis, while several golf courses can also be found in the wider area.
Culture and history are equally easy to discover. Approximately 30 km away lies Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), beautifully situated among the hills and internationally known for its spa tradition, elegant architecture and film festival. Other interesting destinations in the region include Mariánské Lázně, Františkovy Lázně, Jáchymov, Loket and Cheb, each offering its own combination of historic architecture, spa culture and local character.
For a longer day trip, Prague offers an impressive mix of historic landmarks, museums, architecture and vibrant city life. Travellers interested in European history can also visit Terezín, an important memorial and historical site connected to the Second World War.

This house is located in the Ore Mountains where you will find excellent opportunities for skiing. Situated in a beautiful environment with many winter sports facilities, it is only 10 km from the German border. The house is suitable, with its two living rooms and four bedrooms, for two friendly families, each with four persons. Shops for daily needs are located 500 meters away. In the area there are 2 parking spaces. In the winter period (from November) winter tires are necessary. Outside the built-up areas driving with headlights on is mandatory. Snow chains are only allowed when the street are covered by snow.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and a nice stove with oven. The new kitchen is also equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and combination microwave. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the laundry room you can access the garden. Upstairs there is a welcoming living room. The large bedroom here has a double bed. The two smaller bedrooms are only accessible through the larger bedroom. The totally renovated luxurious bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower and toilet. There is also an extra room where kids can play. It contains a table football game, snooker table, darts, and toys for the children, plus a satellite TV, DVD player and many board games. In addition, there is: a washing machine and dryer, winding drawers, baby bath and playpen. The house has central heating.

The popularity of the Czech Republic as a winter sports destination increases year by year, thanks to a variety of facilities and the short distance from Western Europe. The ski resorts in the Ore Mountains are snow safe and they have slopes for both experienced and less experienced skiers as well as trails for extensive cross-country skiing. All resorts are equipped with snow cannons, ski schools, ski and snowboard equipment rental, restaurants and parking. The largest ski area, Klinovec, has 10 lifts and 10 ski runs (blue and red), with a total length of 10 km (length 500 -1350 m). There is an extra ski park for children. 6 km away lies the ski resort of Neklid, just outside the small village of Dar Boži. It has 7 lifts, 1 lift for children, 7 slopes (total length 6.5 km), 1 slalom descent, evening skiing and a snowboard park. For cross-country skiers there are 150 km of cross-country trails with varying lengths and difficulty levels. The ski area of Novako in Boži Dar has 2 slopes and a child playground and lift. Oberwiesenthal ski resort in Germany has 20 km of cross-country ski trails, 6 lifts, 10 ski runs (blue, red and black) varying in length from 650 to 2500 meters and sufficiently illuminated snowboard track. There is also a 250-meter-long toboggan run as well as a 100-meter-long toboggan run for children. Here you will also find opportunities for ice skating on natural ice (skates can be rented). If you would like to spend a day in the immediate vicinity and still go skiing, in Abertamy there is a small slope with a lift. In the village there is a prepared sledding hill. 2.5 km away, in the small village of Pernink, there are a total of 5 lifts, a child lift, 6 ski trails, 50 km of cross-country trails, night skiing, a ski school and ski equipment rental. Families with children and / or beginners can certainly spend a week here and have lots of fun! The prices for a ski pass are lower than in the major centers. Bed linen is included in the rental price. Towels, washcloths and kitchen towels are not provided and should be brought by guests.

Pets are only permitted upon prior consultation and approval. When making your request, please indicate the number of dogs you would like to bring and their breed.
Groups and parties
The accommodation is not available for groups of young people. Parties, events and similar gatherings are not permitted.
