Accommodation In Czechia
From the “Mother of Cities”, Prague, to the world-famous Spa Triangle, to the city that started a beer revolution, the Czech Republic is a master of balancing history and innovation—and remaining humble. Whether you want to relax in hot springs or practically wear holes in your shoes touring famous landmarks, hotels in the Czech Republic deliver.
Things to Do in the Czech Republic
Franz Kafka famously declared “Prague never lets you go”—and he’s not the only one. Einstein, Mozart and Beethoven all spent time here. Take a walk over the historic Charles Bridge and it’s easy to see why. The baroque statues and river views are just the beginning; from medieval Old Town Square to Prague Castle complex (the largest in the world!), the city is full of surprises.
Need a little R&R after all that exploring? Czech Republic hotels in Karlovy Vary are the place to be in the Spa Triangle. The natural hot springs, upscale dining and views are sure to leave you feeling relaxed. For a different type of relaxation, head to Pilsen and tour the brewery that invented pilsner beer—with samples, of course.
Getting To & Around the Czech Republic
Trips to the Czech Republic begin at Vaclav Havel Airport (PRG) in Prague, 15 km from the city centre. The country has an extensive rail network, including the Eurail, which connects its major cities and travels throughout Europe. Hop on the airport express bus or arrange a cab or shuttle to the Prague Main Railway Station. From there, the sky’s the limit!
Whether you want to learn about history or just memorise a few Bohemian drinking songs, a holiday to the Czech Republic is sure to be educational. So “Czech” out our deals (sorry, we had to) on Czech Republic accommodation, then raise a glass and say “Na zdravi!”
