Ya van dos veces que me hospedo y en la recepción me atienden dos empleados sin experiencia. En la última ocasión el empleado me dió dos tarjetas para cambiarlas por toallas y al querer hacer el intercambio una persona de seguridad de forma grosera me mandó a la recepción, donde no me ofrecieron las toallas desde un principio.
