Todo está muy bien, excepto el servicio de televisión. NO HAY CANALES Y NO TIENE PARA PONER NETFLIX O ALGÚN SERVICIO SIMILAR. ADEMÁS ES MUY PEQUEÑA LA TELEVISIÓN.

This area is recovering from a cat 5 hurricane 6 weeks ago under the circumstances for a one or two night stay very accommodating not a resort type hotel but aesthetically pleasing with 2 very clean swimming pools. upper level not handicap accesible. if needed i would stay there again. It should be noted that most of the properties are unhibatible especially the larger hotels along the ocean. the military stil has a strong presence here the airport has limited service and limited flights due to storm damage .

No hot water for showering or sink. Jacuzzi did not heat either. Staff wasn’t around to turn on. Front desk had no record of reservations. Cleaning staff showed up at 7am to clean room (still sleeping). The bar said they could make a drink and threw together random alcohols. And the “family taxi” to airport charged $300 for the three minute drive. Place was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, great staff very professional and friendly, great food variety was exceptional and reasonable priced. Extremely clean and safe area close to the beaches in Diamanté an Barra Vieja. Pools at hotel were very nice and hotel walk ways and plants were beautiful too.
