The hotel didnt respected the reservation about the room.we booked with 2 beds and they gave us a room with one bed my kids and me we slept in the same bed they didnt care about if we weren't comfortable .The elevators didn't work we took the stairs and it was 18 floors

El personal de recepción nos entregó una habitación que ya estaba asignada, y a pesar de que nos cambiaron a otra, todo el fin de semana fue un problema, no reconocían nuestra estancia con ese numero de habitación, nos fueron a tocar dos veces para decirnos que teníamos que cambiarnos, en el restaurante también nos hicieron esperar por el tema de la habitación, la tarjeta se desconfiguró en dos ocasiones y se tardaban por la misma situación. Los elevadores son una pesadilla.

The ac went out twice, the WiFi once. Avoid this this place on weekends when the Mexico City people arrive. Brutal. Staff is great and I sm sure the interruptions are still Hurricane related. The food is buffet style and what you expect. Still good. Good walking and shopping

El aire acondiconado no funciono en la habitacion, y el personal de recepción no me ayudo en anda, y buscaron una justificicacion absurda (queno no funcionaba el aire de todo el hotel) ademas me negaron la entra desde la playa al interior del hotel por llevar los pies mojados, cuando hay regaderas para quitarte la arena de la playa. en general el trato del presonal es muy MUY MALO

I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

Look for other hotels first.

3 hours for Check-in, They change 2 times the rooms, and the WC of the last one never work. The fire alarm sound all the nights. The food is not expectacular, is ok for a AIl-I. but the service is good. The pool area is too small for the amount of people
