Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.

Horrible experinece did not stay even for 10 min.

I did not stay the place was completely different to what I booked online. I requested a better room or a refund and neither one of them was granted. You Hotels.com did not help me get my money back I'm very disappointed

The property in the post looks great, bathroom had mold, roaches, sick were painted and paint was peeling. Food wa spoiled got sick the first night after eating fish. Cheched out early stay clear don't waste your money. Place is a fraud.

Sobre todo, una buena experiencia. Las habitaciones modernas y limpias (auqnue no se puede cambiar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, es todo o nada). La comida era muy buena con nuevas opciones cada día. Los bares, más o menos. No tiene una buena selección como otros hotels todo-incluido. Las albercas lindas pero pequeñas y entonces muy llenas. Encontrar un lugar no era fácil (simplimente no hay suficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes). El problema más grande es la zona - es zona de antros y camiones con sus claxones de trailer. Los antros siguen hasta las 5:00 de la madrugada y el hotel requiere cristal más grueso para poder aislar el sonido (el hotel debe proveer tapones de oído, jaja). Si fuera la mitad del precio, regresaríamos. Pero aunque tiene mucho pros, las contras de tener alberca chiquita, bares más o menos, y el ambiente de la calle muy ruidoso, no pensamos regresar.
