It consists of three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third one has two single beds. It has two bathrooms and two terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
The bright terrace is situated on the inner side of the complex, providing a lot of peace and quiet. The master bedroom is very bright with a private terrace. It is accessed from the stairs. The second bedroom, with double bed, is located on the first floor and shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. The entrance bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has a 40 inch Smart TV, comfortable and spacious sofa.Sunshine Holiday House has free WIFI, very suitable for those who need to keep working from time to time. The whole house is very bright and gets the sun from the early hours of the day. In the surrounding area there are several supermarkets, plenty of shops, restaurants with all types of cuisine, bars, banks and a pharmacy. The taxi rank is 150 metres away and the promenade is only a few minutes walk away. You can easily do without a car.

Nice villa in great aerea
Nice and spacy villa with fine terrace, big enough for 6 people. Bedrooms all have good beds. Clean bathrooms. There are beachtowels as well. Kitchen is well provided with all equipment. The villa is just a few steps away from everything.

Great holiday house!
We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed. The outside space was a decent size. The pool was not heated but it was fine once you were in and nice to cool off when hot. The pool does not have a shallow end for young kids. The location is brilliant, a short walk to amenities, cafe, restaurants and beaches. Being such a good locations, at night it was sometimes noisy from bars and adjacent hotel entertainment.

Lækkert sted nær byliv og strand.Dejlig stor bolig med balkon og stor solrig terrasse i stille område. Udlejer er imødekommende og svare hurtigt. Nem indtjekning med nøgleboks. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i denne bolig som vi kunne finde på at booke igen
