Staff unable to help with change of people staying so charged us for 4 instead of 3. Should have been $90 less. Cabin dirty and smelly and not furnished or equipped for family

We're sorry you had discomfort during your stay. We try our best to make sure our guest have the best stay, however it is difficult with 3rd party booking sites as sometimes they display the incorrect accommodations that we have available. Kind Regards.
