Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking. Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on the lounge as they are opposite sexes and can’t share a bed. Shower was full of black mould which I could wipe off so not cleaned at all! Bathroom not properly ventilated so it smells damp and there are yellow streaks down the walls from condensation. Apartment nice and close to Rundle Street so we were able to walk to eateries and enjoy the night lights.

The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. Couldn't check in on time because room wasn't clean yet and only find that out on arrival at my check in time. Window in one of the bedrooms was stuck open, i needed to close it from the outside of the building from the window next to it by standing on a chair because the room was so cold. Besides these issues the apartment was lovely, some maintenance would have made it a great room. Communication has been good besides not letting me know before my arrival time the room wasn't ready.
