The Space:
This is a one-bedroom apartment featuring a queen-size bed and comfortably accommodates up to two guests. It is well suited for couples as well as short-term business travellers.
Located on the 12th floor, the apartment offers city views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. Natural light fills the space during the day, while city lights create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in the evening.
The layout is practical and well defined, with a dedicated dining area and a separate living area, making it easy to enjoy meals, relax, read or do some light work. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchenware, cookware, crockery and cutlery , allowing you to prepare a simple meal after work or enjoy a cup of coffee while unwinding.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.
Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Victoria Square and the free city tram stop – approx. 9 minutes
From Victoria Square, the free city tram provides easy access to key CBD areas including Rundle Mall, King William Street, Hindley Street and North Terrace.
Most major attractions, dining and shopping areas in the Adelaide CBD are easily accessible without a car.
Other Things to Note:
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
