Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties
Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was on the floor of the shower and looked grubby. The lounge clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was a huge amount of food under the cushion. The room had lots of blue tape on the walls and ceiling that I assume was where builders needed to come back to fix. There was no one in reception to speak to about this mess. The apartment on the surface looked ok, but is built very cheaply. I hope they are compliant for fires as the building is still under construction and I was on the 12th floor (room 1208). I was very disappointed and feel ripped off. I had chosen the apartment as it had a washing machine and dryer. It felt like I was staying in the room where the staff/builders had their morning tea. I have photos to show if anyone is interested. I will be taking this review to the Cullinan Apartments and NSW Fair Trading as this was absolutely not acceptable.
