The HARITZA cottage is located on the ground floor of the owner's home. It offers a main room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), a central island with a sink, and a snack bar for sharing meals on four stools, a living room, two bedrooms (one double bed and one queen-size bed), each with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and a French window opening onto a terrace. Sheets are provided, as are towels and household linen. The beds are made. A baby cot is available, but sheets are not provided. High chair is available. Underfloor heating is included. Cleaning deposit: €50. The cottage opens onto a 25 m² private terrace and a 200 m² garden with garden furniture, a swing with equipment, and a plancha grill.
