First time trip with my partner and it was a terrible experience. Policy says no parties and no loud noise however we had a bunch of drunken teenagers next door and couldn’t sleep all night then we were moved to another room and a couple had an altercation and were smashing objects. We weren’t even compensated for the inconvenience. Never staying here AGAIN! Also the set up of a door between rooms is extremely unsafe!!!! Disaster place to stay !

It's not nice when other inconsiderate guests spoil your vacation. I know our team did their best to relocate you, only to be disturbed again by a different scenario. It was an unfortunate coincidence.

Location Location Location Perfect spot to head into town... No car required. Room was comfortable although Bed, lounge & tv could be raised for older couples to be comfortable. Staff were welcoming & very informative on tours & eating out. Cleaning lads needed a little encouragement on updating their skills and i found instead of demanding why not give them an imrpmptu lesson on how to & what to do... still recommended a check sheet for all units to use for future learning. Overall we were content with our stay. Thankyou 😊
