Welcome to our superb 37 m² apartment located in the heart of Aix en Provence city centre, next to the famous Parc Jourdan, a 5-minute walk from Cours Mirabeau and the Rotonde. It is the epitome of calm and escape in the city centre.
It is located on the top floor of a small building. It is the only apartment on the top floor of the building, which guarantees immense tranquillity and an absence of disturbances , with its lovely furnished terrace.
It consists of:
- a living room with a sofa and dining table
- a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave.
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a beautiful furnished terrace,
- a free on-site parking space
- Wifi included
Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).
On arrival, you will find the following necessities available for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed):
- Laundry and household products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea, coffee ( 1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Entrance is completely independent, thanks to a secure key box.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
From the bus or train station in the centre, you can take bus 05 or 25, which takes about 15 minutes, or walk there in 20 minutes.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
