Family getaway

The hotel was great! Pool was never too busy and enjoyed breakfast. A couple things I did not like was no fan in the bathroom, the pull out couch had a dirty sheet on it so that needed changed and the mini fridge wasn’t cold so we lost some food. But overall it was nice and we would stay again.

The free breakfast and happy hour were both great. We had to relocate to another room due to a maintenance issue. It sure would have been great if the new room was at least as nice as our first one. The sliding bathroom door makes awful loud noises when you open/closed it (doesn’t anyone ever check those). The tile floor was dirty. Maybe next time you make a guest pack up and move rooms at least provide the same standard room!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this stay was everything I needed to accommodate my family of 6. From the cleanliness of the suite, the breakfast options & the friendliness of the hotel staff they owe me nothing! :) I will continue to stay here each time I visit Ohio.

What an amazing birthday experience with lots of snow. The staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Keith, Todd, and Fran at the happy hour bar. Not sure when I’ll be back but I will be back. Thanks for making our celebration feel special in every way.
