Everything was perfect. Santiago was so nice and even brought the kids coconuts that he opened for them to drink out of. The cleaners were the best. We were so surprised the even did our dishs for us. The village is so cute. We rented a car and we would highly suggest that. The pool is awesome and WARM!!! So much fun!

Wonderful property, perfect for our family

This is a beautiful property both inside and out on a quiet street... perfect access to the surrounding areas to get the most out of the Cancun/Tulum area. It was so nice have house cleaning daily considering the tropical environment, sand, and potential for critters. The property management was very responsive and attentive to making our stay comfortable and seem less. The ability to snorkel right outside our door was magical, where we saw stingrays, eels, lots of tropical fish, and a sea turtle. The only negative was that the kitchen wasnt fully stocked with everything you may need if you are actually going to cook,

Loved the condo. Impeccable and well stocked. Appreciated the supplies, our, salt lots of coffee etc A bit disappointed about the beach, not really able to use it because of rocks and stuff. We also missed having a pool. We were impressed about the availability and helpfulness of the staff. From management to maintenance.
