I can't say enough wonderful things about Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa after our recent stay! The property is natural and clean. The natural wildlife is amazing to see. The property is also HUGE but thankfully they have shuttles to drive you around, if need be. Though all the drivers were great, we especially loved our rides with Kevin. Our concierges Dario, Lluvia, Diego, Joseph, Erick, and Omar made sure our every need was met. They were so helpful when making dinner reservations, booking with Dolphin Discovery, and booking spa treatments. In the spa, Carla was especially attentive and made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in until the shuttle was ready to pick us up and return us to our room. The breakfast and lunch buffets are great! Marcelo and Francisco always made sure we had a table right away and helped us with drinks immediately. The evening restaurants are EXCEPTIONAL. Carnal is a MUST GO TO! The food is delicious and the singers and dancers make for a night you won't soon forget. At Oshi Hibachi, Reynaldo (chef) put on an amazing show and the food was perfectly seasoned. Pueblito Lindo has such delicious, authentic Mexican food and fresh ceviche. The shows in The Platea Theater are top notch. We especially loved the Michael Jackson show! Overall, I give this resort a 12/10 because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!

We had to change rooms multiple times due to the suites being run down and having cockroaches present in the rooms. One room our child was picking the water damage edging of the room. Multiple times we had to call maintenance for AC repair. Once we had to call maintenance due to water leaking from the ceiling. We have been at this resort multiple times prior, and never experienced anything like this. We are hoping it’s a one off, however we may not be back until they do renovations in the

A Perfect short getaway for our family. Upon arriving at the hotel we were received with the most amazing staff. Our concierge Erik Medina and his co-workers took exceptional care of all our needs. The handled the reservations for all our activities and meals. The grounds were beautiful and lush, the live animals was a plus!

Cristian Gómez and Nadia Martinez concierge in Building 27 were great with helping us throughout our stay. They helped us make our trip enjoyable and were always friendly and available to help! I highly recommend the Grand Sirenis. It's a large hotel with comfortable rooms, and the entire resort is well-designed. It has large pools, excellent food, and very friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious, the beds are comfortable, and there's Wi-Fi and parking for cars. Dinner is served daily, with a selection of cuisines from around the world. The breakfast and lunch buffet is excellent, with delicious juices, fruit, cheese, and sweets. In addition, there's a beach bar with grilled meat, drinks, hamburgers, tacos, seviche, and ice cream and coffee. I highly recommend this resort. On the downside, like the entire coast, the beach was polluted by organic seaweed. The hotel has no control over this; they're trying to clean up the unspoiled beaches. All hotels are currently experiencing this problem.

We had an unforgettable summer vacation at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lobby staff, setting the tone for an incredible stay. Special thanks to Erik Medina from Guest Services, who surprised us with pre-booked dinner reservations and gave us his contact info in case we needed anything—so thoughtful and helpful. The resort is beautiful and full of great amenities. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar, enjoying everything from non-alcoholic drinks to top-shelf cocktails thanks to the awesome bartenders Amilcar and Andres, who truly made our experience special. We also loved the ice cream shop and freshly ground coffee parlor—perfect for afternoon treats and morning pick-me-ups. Dining was a highlight—we enjoyed fantastic dinners at the Asian, Peruvian, and Mexican restaurants. Lunch at the beach bar featured a perfectly grilled ribeye steak and authentic Mexican cuisine. We also loved the burgers and hot dogs under the shaded pergola by the pool. The Spa was a treat—our hydrotherapy and massages were incredibly relaxing. Huge thanks to our concierge Jonathan and his helpful female colleague, and special appreciation to the golf cart drivers, who always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire staff made this a truly memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation.
