Pet friendly and includes a fenced back yard. Comfortable king bed with new mattress and dedicated work area with widescreen external monitor and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Pick up any dog mess in the yard. Do dishes. Leave AC unit on and set to 70. Leave bathroom and bedroom doors open. Close and lock windows.
NOT THE AC but do leave indoor lights and fans turned off.
Please leave towels and rags in the shower. Lock the 3 doors, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Had a very nice stay. I liked that pets could come there if needed. It was clean and had everything yoy may need there. Was there for 12 nights and had not problems. Host was in touch with me in case i needed anything. Thank you for the nice stay!

Very dog friendly! Our two goldens loved the enclosed yard. House was clean, instructions for check in / check out were clear. Comfortable. Felt like home away from home.
