Centrally located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1511 square foot house. Located near Wyoming and Montgomery in the NE heights. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, Sandia Peak Tram, ABQ Biopark, Balloon fiesta park and historic Old Town. Entire home was remodeled in 2020. Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave dishwasher, keurig and pot coffee makers, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Complementary coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers provided. Laundry room with XL washer, dryer Iron and board. Sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking only with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with 2 Tables, 10 chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet.
