Good variety of food for breakfast. Spacious, comfortable eating area. Comfortable bed. Room just barely big enough for the 2 queen beds. No bathroom fan. Must rely on constant ventilation thru small square vent in the ceiling, but there was no air movement. Person at desk said all rooms are like that and they don't know why. 9/6/25 (Saturday) breakfast room was closed at 9:30 instead of the stated 10:00 weekend closing time.

There was a shooting (2 wounded/shooter unlocated) in the area and I counted 6 squad cars sweeping our hotel's fenced parking lot over the course of several hours afterwards. Day shift staff on check-out was average; the crew on duty for check-in were precisely what one wants to encounter after a 600-mile drive. Homeless pandering in front of nearby food options was another detraction.

First time to Albuquerque… this was just a one night spot on a family road trip. Everything was great I think maybe the city of Albuquerque is struggling to deal with homelessness and drug use. We walked over to Walgreens and it was sketchy someone was being kicked out while another person was stealing. I’m from Portland so this is normal where I’m from… unfortunately but the hotel was great.

When they cleaned our room at the day after we checked in, they did not replenish any washcloths or hand towels, etc. and I called down to the desk to say there’s three of us. We’re trying to get ready for an event. He said oh they ran out, but he’ll make note And we never had anything new even till check out the next day. Also, somebody upstairs was stomping and stomping and stomping, nonstop, walking and stomping until 1 AM so that wasn’t great wasn’t quiet no towels, etc. no follow up so not great.
