Great room. Great breakfast. Staff was good. Only reason a 4 star was the wait to get the key. Had problems with the key maker and had to wait 10-15 minutes and still didn’t work. Ended up giving us one of their key cards.

Booked on hotels . Com entered October 22 on the search for two rooms for one night it popped up the options I clicked on the rooms and booked when it went through all the rooms were booked for October 23 instead of the 22nd I immediately called hotels . Com the said the hotel would not accept my cancellation. So screw you and your hotel I will never use you again. Your loss I just retired and this was the first of many travels we stayed for seven days on our first trip but again it will never be at your hotel.

EV charging is a Tesla charger, plug did fit our Audi EV but none of the chargers worked for us or for another guest we ran into with a Rivian, and we even tried our adapters. We picked this hotel specifically for the EV charging convenience and so were very disappointed in that aspect. Room was clean, pillows need work though, WAY too soft. Otherwise great for an overnight!

Staff at check in was not friendly. The room was absolutely perfect! Laid out well. Had all the right stuff. Plenty of places to put your stuff.
