I will never stay at this hotel again. The air conditioer didn't work. We waited it got fixed tgen the tv stopped working and they couldn't fix it. On top of everything the room and the whole floor smelled like sewage! We asked to move but the hotel full. Im only leaving one star because the lobby was nice and didn't smell.

El sábado por la noche tuvimos un problema con Patrick, el conductor del shuttle van, en la calle nos cerró de manera agresiva y todo por ganarnos el paso y llegar primero al hotel, al llegar lo estuvimos esperando, él estaba coqueteando con su pasajera, cuando le pedí que me diera oportunidad para estacionarme frente al hotel y poder bajar a las damas que traía en mi vehículo, la primera en silla de ruedas de 70 años de edad y la segunda de 67 años, este tipo me sacó el dedo medio y comenzó a decirme que me detuviera en otro lugar, al fin azoto las puertas de la camioneta y se movió al pasar cerca de nosotros nos dijo palabras obscenas, cuando me bajé a agarrar su nombre fue murió rudo y me dijo que era algo que no me importaba, yo vi su nadie y por eso sé que se llama Patrick, comenzó a insultarme y le pedí respeto, respondió más agresivo. El joven de lentes que estaba en el desk miró todo lo que pasó y estaba asustado por su comportamiento. Le pedí información de cuando estaba el manager y me dijo que solo iba un momento alrededor de las 11 del domingo y no pude ir a verlo. Ese driver no debería trabajar para ese hotel. Es una persona muy grosera.

Hotel understaffed. Room service not available because insufficient staff .noisy at times. Phone in room didn’t work so I couldn’t call down to the front desk when neighboring room was extremely noisy in the middle of the night ,overall a disappointment.

Fool me once…

Our stay was okay but not great. Every time we stay here, something seems to go wrong. A couple of years ago, the AC and water didn’t work. This time, those problems were fixed and the room looked nice. This year the TV didn’t work in any of the rooms, which was disappointing. The room keys also stopped working every day, so I had to go to the front desk to get new ones several times. Housekeeping did not clean the room on our second day even though we made the request. The carpet looked new, but it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. We kept stepping on goathead thorns from desert plants on the floor, and they hurt when stepped on. Overall, the stay was just average, not what you’d expect from a Sheraton. Not likely to book here again, Hector
