Stinky Room

Booked a non-smoking room and it smelled so bad of smoke. The bed was worn down and felt like sleeping in a hard canoe where we kept rolling into the center on top of each other.

False advertisement and misleading. Hot tub not functional for duration of stay although it’s advertised. Escalated with hotel and Expedia however Expedia was unable to get in touch with the hotel so I was not helped. Front desk person shared their phone wouldn’t accept external calls (from expedia) although my partner called them from his cell phone which is an external call and it went through so this was a lie. Very disappointing.

The property is very rundown and dirty. The rooms have outside facing doorways, not interior always. The elevator was filthy. I just wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very run down. The key card would not work the desk clerk had to come and open it with a master key. The rugs were stained and there was a piece of the quilt cover just cut out, not sure why, guessing a stain and rather then replacing it the stain was cut out. The arm chair was extremely dirty and wore out. Also in the morning to get to the breakfast area had to walk around several places where some one had pucked. Told the front desk, they stated they knew about it. But were waiting for someone else to come in and clean it up and there were three of them just standing around visiting and I had to get their attention.

2 nd time there. Would go again.

The check in was fast . In our room the bedside lamp and clock didn’t work and closer look needed to be plugged in but plug was very loose. Went back to clerk at front counter and he kindly moved us to a different room. Everything worked perfectly in next room. Dated hotel but comfortable bed . Good shower, pretty clean room.We stayed there once before and would probably stay again thanks to the clerks fast action to give us a better room. Oh and the breakfast was pretty good.
