Enjoy a modern touch to this historic home in the Heart of the 1000 Islands. - Quiet street with secluded property - a unique find in the village - 2 blocks to downtown restaurants, bars, shops and attractions - Spacious backyard for family fun, games and relaxation - Keyless entry smart lock technology, high speed WiFi, smart TVs 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with two private bathrooms. 1 King, 2 queens, and 2 sets of bunkbeds. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. Full kitchen with gas stove. Back deck is covered and provides outdoor dining. Spacious backyard with plenty of room for kids to enjoy games and adults to enjoy the fire pit. No access to garage, basement or attic. Avoid the side hill due to hazardous tree stumps and large rocks.
