Located on the first floor of a new building, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom with terrace, another double bedroom, bathroom with shower and closet; complete the property a large veranda furnished with table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and a very reserved parking space given the difficulty of parking in the area being very close to the beach.
