Purtroppo, nonostante io e i miei amici avessimo prenotato la struttura Carmen House in Via Carmen Dore 3, molto vicina al centro di Alghero, durante il viaggio ho ricevuto una chiamata da un ragazzo che si è presentato come il "gestore della prenotazione" che faceva le voci del proprietario di questa struttura che mi avvisava che la casa assegnatami non fosse quella, bensì una casa al Lido, precisamente in via Lido 125, sprovvista di riscaldamento e coperte, cosa inaccettabile essendo stato il soggiorno dal 30 dicembre al 1 gennaio. La scusa per questo cambio improvviso di appartamento è stata che la struttura Carmen House fosse solo un esempio che, semplicemente pagando di più, avremo potuto ottenere, un po come una camera d'hotel. Questo ovviamente non era specificato da nessuna parte, infatti, tra l'altro, il prezzo pagato da noi era quello specificato per la Carmen House in via Carmen Dore, con tutti i comfort e servizi offerti da essa non essendoci appunto altre strutture collegate all'annuncio, e non per una casa al Lido a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alghero. Oltre questo la comunicazione tra noi è questo "gestore" non è stata delle migliori, infatti al check-in si è presentato in ritardo e al check-out non si è presentato nessuno, addirittura dopo essere riuscito a contattarlo mi ha chiesto di portare le chiavi dell'appartamento in un'altra struttura al centro di Alghero, cosa che abbiamo fatto perchè alla fine di tutto volevamo solo andarcene. Insomma una truffa
