Our home we are proposing is within a Residence, all of our property, made up of six other independent units. It is set in a very quiet setting with access to the ground floor with 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on the configuration you can modify), a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with a windowed shower and a large private patio. It is equipped with color TV, washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. There is a barbecue area with wood burning stove, outdoor shower, enclosed garden and private parking. The price is per night for 4 people and includes the cost of energy, cleaning and taxes.
Owners living locally can thus provide immediate availability for every need. Only for guests are organized boat excursions, including sailing, snorkeling and diving courses at all levels according to PADI didactics.
From next season our guests can request lunch or dinner that will be served at the renovated barbecue-grill area, or more simply at their home.

Lovely days at a lovely place
The equipment of our flat was simple, but functional...and some things could be fixed. For example, it wasn‘t possible to shut the bathroom-door. But Andrea and his family are very kind and helpful at any time! Thank you so much! Susanne, Christian and Cornelius

Au calme
Petite maison agréable au calme bien placé, première plage à cinq minutes. Le logement est composé de deux chambres , d’un séjour et d’une salle de bain . La cuisine a le strict minimum en vaisselle . Un peu déçu car : La douche était bouché, la clim ne fonctionnait pas (la propriétaire nous a donné un ventilateur), La wi-fi c’est un boîtier que l’on doit partager avec les autres locataires des maisons voisines, le propriétaire nous avait parlé d’une piscine qui n’était pas construite (problème d’autorisation), Et nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le spa. ( problème électrique apparemment). Le propriétaire est gentil ne parle pas très bien français .Séjour quand même agréable

Petite résidence bien située
Petite résidence tres bien située.au calme d un joli jardin partage avec les propriétaires et 4 autres petites maisons. à proximité d une belle plage à 5min de porto conte à 10 min et alghero.parfait pour découvrir nord ouest et être au calme. Hote cordial. Maisonnette accolée a d autres locations.propre et assez grand et simple question équipement. annonce approximative. Pas d eau chaude 2 soirs sur 5 .les panneaux solaires ont leur limite. De même j avais loué 6 nuits sur le site et le propriétaire n avait de place que 5 nuits. Il nous a bien sur rembourse la nuitee mais cela peut etre genant.C est marqué 2 chambres sur le descriptif mais en fait cela depend du nombre de personnes sur la réservation.une seule chambre dans certaines maisonettes. Ne vous trompez pas comme moi lors de l inscription sur le site. Notre chien à été le bienvenu. Je recommande pour le type de bien et l emplacement.

Maisonnette agréable situé à 5 minutes d'une splendide plage en voiture Pas de Piscine hélas alors que celle ci était annoncée sur l'annonce (le propriétaire n'a pas eu le permis de construire apparemment) et que nous avions échanger a ce sujet en amont Nous avons donc demandé une réduction sur le tarif notre location que nous avons obtenue, le jacuzzi n'était pas installée lors de notre réservation celui ci est arrivé le mardi mais pas utilisable lors de notre séjour. La maisonnette est composée de 2 chambres, une cuisine et SB ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure. L'endroit est très calme. Un petit supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture permet de faire des courses si besoin. Idéal pour une famille avec adolescents

Nous avons séjourné du 17 au 23 juin 2018. Très agréable endroit, au calme. Si vous êtes sportif vous aurez la place d'entreposer votre matériel dans le jardin. Plages et sites exceptionnels à quelques kilomètres. Andréa est un hôte remarquable, d'une très grande gentillesse. On reviendra avec plaisir.
