Brand new apartment on the beach of the Lido. The Lido beach and the walk of the promenade is within easy walking distance being 500 metres. For large groups, three similar apartments are available in the same building. The nearest airport is Alghero-Fertilia (Aeroporto di Alghero-Fertilia). It is located about 10 km northwest of Alghero city centre, making it very convenient for travellers visiting the area.






Located in a new building, it consists of a large living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds, large bathroom with shower and closet; the property is completed by a small terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty of parking in the area being close to the beach. The flat is equipped with all comforts: flat-screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, videophone, and iron; all the main services are nearby.

One can explore historical landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria, the Torre di Porta Terra and the Aragonese Towers. Alghero is also the gateway to the breathtaking beaches of the Coral Riviera, including Le Bombarde, Lazzaretto and Maria Pia, renowned for their crystal clear turquoise waters and fine white sand.

For nature lovers, the nearby Neptune's Grotto, with its impressive stalactites and stalagmites, is a must, accessible by boat or via the scenic Escala del Cabirol staircase. The Porto Conte Natural Park offers walking and cycling trails with panoramic views of the rugged coastline. Alghero's vibrant marina is perfect for evening strolls, with many seafood restaurants serving fresh, locally caught fish. The town also has a lively nightlife scene, with bars and cafes open late into the night.
