Upon check in, the room that I booked( king bed with queen sleeper) was not available and I had to accept another room ( 2 doubles). Of course the hotel blamed Expedia stating they didn’t send over a reservation for king with queen sleeper. Then the staff member proceeded to tell be that this would be more comfortable since it had two beds; I booked the room I did for a reason and don’t appreciate being told what’s better for my family. I do believe I paid for a more expensive room.
