Our room was very clean and was kept clean during our stay. Supplies were replenished as needed except for disposable wash cloths. When we asked at the front desk for them clerks looked confused even though they were in little boxes that clearly have "wash cloth" printed on them. We had a balcony but it was on the back side of the building. If we were to return I would ask for a room facing the street. Breakfast was good but expensive! We thought there would be other locations near the hotel to buy it but that was not the case. If you're a breakfast eater look for a package that includes it.
