Nasty stuff. Dirty, laundry room, and cigarette butts all over the property that is pet friendly. Dirty mattresses outside. Laundry machine didn’t work. Sad this property used to be really cool.

ice machines did not work, pool looked like it could use some work, air conditioning unit was tricky to set, bedside lights didn't turn on. I needed a bed and a shower so it worked but I would not go back or recommend.

Our stay was great. Nice spacious and clean room. It had everything you needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing and to top it off, it was convinient having the bus take you to downtown banff ave and back right from the hotel.
