"RED LUXURY" is a newly built villa, located in the residential complex Borgo Guardiola, consisting of three bedrooms all independent with bathroom, a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, interior patio with barbecue area, large terrace with a view breathtaking where you can dine inebriated by the scent of the nearby Mediterranean Sea, ample parking and garden of relevance. In addition, the villa is equipped with a minispa whirlpool panoraminca, usable even in winter months because heated. The beach of Cala Sciabica is located only 250 meters, easily accessible on foot, both public and equipped for a fee, in the direction of Messina just 1.5 km you will find the village of San Nicola the arena, useful for every need to your holiday , in the opposite direction to 3 km is the village of Altavilla Milicia. Sehr schönes Haus
Perfekte Lage auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick auf das Meer.
Tolle Bucht vor der Tür, perfekt zum schnorcheln.
Palermo ist 30min entfernt.
Das Haus ist modern mit kleineren Schönheitsfehlern (Duschkopf kaputt, Klodeckel alle unterschiedlich) aber sehr geräumig. Jacuzzi ist topp
