Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay.

The hotel is very authentic and their food is yummy! The best srilankan dinner we had! The room are old but thats fine.. the staff is awesome and the owners so friendly.. they have a stunning seating with a wonderful view for lunch or dinnner and their breakfast is yummy

Fabulous, beautiful and friendly

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved this place. Firstly the location was lovely, right on the river bank. Very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was served in the garden overlooking the water. We ate there most nights too and the food was superb, freshly cooked and the curries were different each night. The staff were incredible, really friendly and helpful. One young lad who was learning was totally adorable and just smiled the whole time. The owners were brilliant and went out of their way to look after us. Our room overlooked the river with a good sized balcony. The bed was really comfortable and room spacious. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal und auch der Manager. Es sind alle auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Manche Zimmer sind allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben das Zimmer getauscht weil die Wände ziemlich feucht waren was man auch gerochen hat. Es wurde aber sofort das Zimmer getauscht und es gab ein Update mit Klimaanlage. Es waren im Endeffekt schöne Tage im Hemadan. Ich kann mit Einschränkung empfehlen

Bra opphold.

Veldig god service, trivelig resepsjonist og servitører. Veldig god frokost med fersk frukt, og god mat i restauranten. Utsikt over innsjø. Kunne kanskje vært litt bedre renhold på rommet.
