This former Residence Inn is not in good condition. The room was very worn out with frayed, stained carpet, stained bathtub. The room had a bad odor probably due to the old stained carpet that had seen some pet accidents from the smell of it. Housekeeping does their best I would imagine. I’m suspicious of all the good reviews from the last few weeks. Reading the old residence inn reviews would probably give a more accurate picture. There’s no new signage so a bit hard to find. It shares the same parking lot as the Fairfield Inn. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was lukewarm. There was not much in terms of food. It was quiet since there were only few guests. It felt like a ghost town. The staff were friendly and check-in was fine. The upside is that the rate was just $52 and I only stayed one night as I was just passing through. I wouldn’t return.

The room was great, basically a small apartment, separate bedroom, a living area and kitchen. The TV was confusing with no guide and no way to figure out what channel a station was. In the morning, there was a minimal breakfast with no fruit or yogurt.
