As I wrote before in another review, there WERE NO DRINKING GLASSES OF ANY SORT IN THE ROOM, BUT A NICE BUCKET. When I went down to the desk to complain, the desk help pointed to the morning coffee machine were they had paper cups!! So I got a couple AND THEN THE NEXT DAY, the cleaning lady REMOVED ALL CUPS!! I called down to the desk furious and he brought up 2 paper cups. The TV system sucked, terrible programming.

I hated the fact that it looked as though the Bedsheets and pillows weren’t laundered. Impossible to reach anyone at the front desk to address the issue. There was someone else’s hair on the pillows. Stains on the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was also dirty and grungy as if it had never been cleaned in its life. Never will I stay here again.
