Nice stay. Staff was helpful and working hard. They were thoughtful about our room placement and everything was clean.

Had a terrific stay at Isle Waterloo. Great hotel with good amenities. The rooms were clean and updated. Hotel staff were all friendly. The food was excellent but we wish there was a true morning hot breakfast other than grab and go sandwiches during the week and not only on the weekends. The casino paid out as well as a casino typically does. The pool had loud echos in the space but we enjoyed the hot tub. I do wish they either had a dedicated staff to enforce pool space rules or didn’t allow locals to come since they let kids run wild ruining staying customers time relaxing. The arcade was really clean and well maintained which does not happen often. We will return next rime we are in the area.

Old world elegance with all the modern amenities. While breakfast was not free at the hotel, an extensive and reasonably priced breakfast is available on site at Caroline's. Their giant cinnamon roll is large enough to split with your partner...also super delicious!
