A modern clean room - with excellent staff, that were friendly and very efficient. The hotel is within the city of Zandaam for all the amenities you could wish for, and has a great direct railway line connecting Zandaam to Amsterdam in only 12 minutes

The hotel location is outskirts of the Amsterdam but superb convenient due to its near to the Albert Heijn and Zaandam and the windmills area. You can do online check in but the downside I found bed bug on the second day which is not good.

The hotel was very basic, but had everything we needed. The self check-in was easy to follow. When we arrived, our shower was broken, but the staff were excellent and replaced it while we were out for the day. It was located very close to Zaandam station and was a perfect base for visiting Amsterdam each day.

The room was excellent and it comes with a fridge! You buy your own food and drinks at the supermarket Albert Hijn , which is almost at the hotel parking area, foot steps away! And this hotel is at the best location ever , also foot steps away from the Zaandam Train Station!

Pleasant stay!

We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!

We got a big, clean, well equipped room. One zone for my kids and a separated bedroom for me and my wife. Hotel located just 5 minutes from Zaandam train startion, grocery store next to door. I highly recommend this property. Huge rooms for Europe and right next to Zandaam train to Amsterdam. There's also groceries in the same parking lot which saved us tons of money. Really happy with our stay.
