Didn't enjoy having our luggage to be put in paid storage, especially if you are travelling from a long distance like Australia. Ridiculous early check out 10am with such a late check in being 3pm.

No bath mat in the bathroom, no kettle, tiny room. Sheets and linen weren’t changed once in 4 days! A very, very expensive hostel room!

Dear guest, first of all, thank you for your stay and your review. However we are sorry to hear about your experience. We indeed have no kettle in the room, but we do have a coffee machine at the reception, with different choices. For stays shorter than 5 nights, we indeed do not clean the room or change the sheets, this to keep the price of the rooms on a lower budget, you can of course always get new towels, etc at the reception or purchase a room cleaning. The position of the hotel was fantastic. It was only two train stops from central Amsterdam. There were some wonderful facilities in the shopping centre at the entrance of the hotel. The price was terrific and the simplicity of the room was expected, perhaps a little bar fridge might have been the only thing that could’ve added to my stay but otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Budget Hotel

A budget hotel with everything you need for a quick stop over. The hotel is 2mins walk from the Zaandam station from which you can catch a train that will take you to Amsterdam city within 10mins. Hotel staff was very helpful. The room was small (can comfortably accommodate up to two people) and very clean.
