Dear guest, first of all, thank you for your stay and your review. However we are sorry to hear about your experience. We indeed have no kettle in the room, but we do have a coffee machine at the reception, with different choices. For stays shorter than 5 nights, we indeed do not clean the room or change the sheets, this to keep the price of the rooms on a lower budget, you can of course always get new towels, etc at the reception or purchase a room cleaning.
