Strategically located. Issues with cleanliness. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Hotel needs some improvement as the bathroom was showing deterioration. Missing towels and we had to use small towels.

Not good for a 4star hotel

The only good about this hotel is the position (very easy transfer to everywhere) and the breakfast! The room was vey smal! The first two days the heating didnt work!the tv was broken! Some of the staff was rood, mainly those in restaurant!

Excellent location - Need to improve on services.

Very good location and good facilities like 4 Star property. Central Heater was not working and we request reception for repair. But technicians could not repair the same and lastly they provided us portable heater. Reception manager were not supporting for room services.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Big Plus: blackout curtains meant a really good night sleep Minuses: The adjoining door - I could hear the man in the next room coughing for about an hour from 7 am No USB points in the room. We did get an adapter plug from reception though. Not as described: We booked a room with a king size bed and got a room with two double beds.
