We Stayed here for one night before a cruise in a one bedroom refirb apartment. Beautiful room, spacious and great view. It is quite hilly around the property so if that is an issue for you walking might be a bit of a struggle, but everything is very easily accessible by a short 10 min walk. Would definitely stay here for a longer period if it wasn’t just quick one night stay. Definitely recommend

We got off our cruise early and the receptionist kept our luggage until check in time so we could experience the city. We had a full kitchen + washer and dryer which were nice to have. Our view of the harbor was amazing and we were close to restaurants and shops.

Hotel is convenient and rooms are very spacious - views are lovely. The pool is great! Staff very helpful…especially in the restaurant. We couldn't heat our room so it was quite cool in the evening. Internet was poor when logged in as Accor members but good when logged in as ‘guest’…took us a while to figure it out.

This is probably one of the best hotesl for an excellent view of Sydney skyline. The rooms are spacious and modern although lacking in outlets beside the bed. The location is very good as it is walking distance to the shopping areas, theatres, museums, Sydney Opera House, bars, restaurants, parks, etc

This property was convenient to everything as long as you can walk hills/steps. It has great views of the harbor and city and was close to all kinds of shopping. The opera house is about a 10-15 walk away and the Rocks was very close by.

The Sebel is close to The Rocks and Circular Quay although a walk up the hill is not for everyone but did not bother us. The apartment we had was well equipped and clean but unfortunately the traffic noise was very loud due to a window that was not sealed properly. An attempt was made to repair the window but we ended up putting gaffa tape around the window to prevent noise. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool spa and sauna was wonderful and lovely views from the outside area. Breakfast food was nice but served cold most mornings. Happy hour drinks were well worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay despite a few things not being to our liking.

Don’t stay here if you want a 5 star HOTEL experience. It’s labelled as a hotel on hotels.com but it’s actually serviced apartments and not clean or attentive like a 5 star should be. Pool and jacuzzi were a massive let down. Jacuzzi didn’t work and it was just green slimey water. The following day a sign was put up saying it was out of order. Pool would have a nice view if the windows were clean but they aren’t - all murky and dirty. Check-in after a long flight is not personal or welcoming. As we walked in the door I immediately regretted booking it. Breakfast again is very transactional. No hello, we were just asked for our room number and then told immediately the “free breakfast” only includes 1 drink, between tea, coffee or juice. If this is meant to be 5 star and breakfast is “free” then these should be included. The actual breakfast is very tasty. The views from the room are stunning but it’s not worth the cost for this alone.

Fantastic view of Sydney Harbour if you get the harbour facing room. Well worth it.
