While the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, the parking situation was disappointing. Rates are very high, and they seemingly offer only a handful of discounted spots. Additionally, the parking garage is over a six-minute walk from the hotel entrance, which is inconvenient with luggage.

Got a couple of emails saying no hot food at breakfast but there was. The breakfast booking wasn't checked so not sure of the point. Room refresh was oddly very late a few days (near 5pm) but aside from this, excellent hotel, rooms usual HIX standard and location handy for everywhere.

The staff was so kind. They helped with a Taxi driver who took me shopping to replace my lost phone. We enjoyed the lounge area, too! Cant recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was average. But the important thing is your advertising was misleading . The picture on the website and the location was a different place than the picture. I chose this hotel especially being on the canal side according to published pictures but the location where we stayed was completely in a different location and in a different building far from the canal.
