This was a really nice 5-night stay at Hotel Estheréa for its walkable location to other parts of the the central city. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and restocked each day. The entire decor of the hotel felt like a work of art, and the lazy cats in the middle of the walkway were a big hit. Unfortunately I did experience one of the rudest hotel staff members I’ve ever come across so I need to downgrade the staff rating significantly. My partner and I were both floored by this particular hotel staff member’s attitude, but our interactions with pretty much everyone else was pleasant and prompt.

This place is a true gem. I’m 53 years old and well travelled - this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff amazing and so helpful. Decor is fabulous, rooms very clean and it’s worth going with the breakfast option as that was also superb with a plethora of options and good value compared to local alternatives. Don’t think twice about booking here, you couldn’t ask for more and it’s very well situated for all city attractions. Top tip - do opt for the recommended canal cruise with Voyage and the food/drink option. Very good and right outside the hotel.

This hotel is so beautiful. The rooms were so clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick restaurants and activities to do around. They also helped us book a few things. The lobby has cute little treats and candy as well as coffee and tea. The area itself is just so beautiful.

Amazing perfect location. Immaculate comfy cozy quiet super appointed hotel. The staff all wonderful, special shout out to Leo at the bar he was not only an excellent bar tender but more like a top tier concierge. He needs to be elevated at this hotel, a real gem. Stay here if you come to Amsterdam
