The hotel is lovely, room was a good size and I loved the nespresso machine and pukka tea. Unfortunately I found the pillows were not very good. The gym is small but well appointed. Location is ok- 20mins from centre - 10mins walk to the metro from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a good location from public transport. But my body got eaten up in my room and I reported it (included photos) and there was no response/solution. I really liked the hotel but I wouldn’t recommend staying at a place where you wake up with bites and welts on your body.

The property was ok. However, we had a leak in our sink which they fixed immediately and the ac was not cooling. They tried several times to fix it but it never cooled. They didn’t offer a room change . :-(
