We really enjoyed our over night stay in Wellington. Our three year loved the bath in our room. We were super close to Lamdton Quay with the escalator down, and the Wellington cable car was only a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!!

Good points: very well located in city centre, airport buses serve Lambton Quay outside. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Rooms are clean, well sized and bathrooms well appointed. Desk staff helpful and friendly. Indifferent points: quirky room lighting with dimmer controls instead of individual bedside lights. Room cleaning erratic, "please make up room" signs don't confer any priority. Could do with: room safes, leaving valuables with the front desk is very passé. Would stay there again.
