Mould cheese at breakfast buffet not so good. No bath mat left after first days clean. Staff were great though

We like that it was close to the CBD and walking distance to the waterfront and other features of Wellington city. We felt the property is getting a little tired and in need of a spruce up. They are renovating the top floors so I presume they will be doing the whole building in time. Our room wasn't cleaned well. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and only one of the two waste bins were emptied.

Staff were obliging as usual, but housed this time in an older room in the Building, average also despite several visits during the last 12 months (in excess of 20) details had been lost in the system at checkout time.

Some of the floors are tired. I stayed in Room 1712 and despite cranking up the thermostat to 30 degrees Celsius, I watched a movies with the throw for the top of the bed wrapped around me and wore a woollen scarf. Not good.
