We were greeted immediately by concierge. The room was not available at 9am, but we could still check in. Agent even offered to call me when room was ready! Concierge not only mapped out our route for our tours but offered to help arrange other tours! Room and staff were exceptional! My only regret is that we only stayed 1 nite!

We booked in last-minute after our original accomodation fell through. My sister was unwell, but the concierge team was wonderful looking after her while I got us checked in nice and fast with the Reception staff; we were really looked after amazingly well, from a room upgrade to extra ice for my sister. We really appreciated all the extra effort! Even while there are renovations, it is quiet and clean, the facilities are top-notch and everyone was so kind and caring. A wonderful experience!

Modern and Service-Oriented Hotel Great Location

I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. It appears to be newly renovated, as the environment is fresh and modern. The service was also excellent, with staff being attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is very close to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around the city. It is also within walking distance of the shopping district and Dam Square. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room was a bit dim, even with the lights on. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. The hotel's modern ambiance, excellent service, and convenient location outweighed the minor issues I encountered. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Amsterdam.

been going to this hotel for 10 years when visiting my son. will not stay here again. staff was rude at check in, not helpful, and hotel was not as nice as use to be. dining was horrible.
