Perfect for Disney vacation.

Great hotel walking distance to Disney! Very clean, friendly staff. We stayed four nights & felt safe & comfortable. The pool & water play area looked nice, though we never used. Loved their on site store for water/yogurt/snacks. The only downfall was that our room was on the ground level at the end, just next to the stairs. Very loud with people/children running up and down the stairs. Also worth noting that of the four nights, our room was only cleaned one time. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great. The front desk service wasn’t good. There is no elevator. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room was not clean and they are old. The water park is very small but it’s good for small kids. The front desk expects you to have a wrist band the entire time you plan on going into the water park and if you remove you must get a new one. The building wasn’t noise proof, you can hear everything! They don’t have security but yet they inform you all the time to not leave stuff in your car because people steal!

The location is across the street from Disneyland and an easy 10 minute walk to the front gate. My kids loved the water park & pool and there was plenty of seating, towels and lifejackets for the littles with attentive lifeguards in both locations. Parking was $25 which is reasonable for the area. Our room was nice and included a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig, but felt a little cramped with 5 people in it. It had 2 queen beds, desk space, a small dresser, closet, and a bench but didn’t have a sofa bed which would’ve been nice instead of the bench for extra sleeping space for kids. Rollaway beds are an option but an additional charge so we didn’t request one. The view of Disneyland and the fireworks from our balcony at night made up for any lack of space as it was amazing. The grounds are very pretty and kept up well. As wonderful as the entire property itself is overall, I have to say the staff are what makes this hotel extraordinary. They are literally the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in the many properties we’ve stayed at around Disneyland (including all the Disney properties). The three I had the most contact with were Danielle, Cathy, and Jennifer who went out of their way to help us, but every single staff member I witnessed interacting with guests had the same friendly disposition and were more than willing to answer questions or help when something was needed. Loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Great hotel for families with super close proximity to Disneyland and various food establishments. My son enjoyed the waterpark everyday and I loved the walking distance to Disneyland. We would go to the parks early in the mornings, come back at midday and return back in the evenings after resting for a bit. My only dislike was the carpet floors in the room and maybe the attention to detail in cleaning as I found a few dried up contacts from previous visitor. Aside from that the staff was friendly and informational with any questions we had.
